It causes very serious consequence and brings the enormous fear and gives hard lesson to people.A safe distance of gas well site, which is investigated in this dissertation, is an important parameter in the safety programming about the exploitation of gas field. In order to avoid doing an injury to the local residents when a grave accident happens in the process of drilling gas well, the parameter has to be rational confirmed. The result of study has the worth and realistic meaning of certain theories.In the beginning of the dissertation analyzed accidents type and the breakage degree of the accidents that may take places in the process of drilling natural gas well. Then choose the apt accident result model, to calculate the natural gas tidy spray to lose control behind the result of the vapor cloud explosion and hydrogen sulphide diffusion that may take place carries on the quantity to turn the analysis, according to super press the standard, hot quantity the standard and hydrogen sulfides diffusion behaviour regulation, computing an explosion wave and exploding the bane scope of the fireball and hydrogen sulphide diffusion. At last, builting up the calculation model of a safe distance of the natural gas well site, and puting forward a kind of method that confirms the safe distance.The dissertation confirms 20 kinds of conditions of the well site safety distance of the natural gas well site by calculating according to the different open flow quantity under the grade and the different hydrogen sulphide physical volume percentage content, and adopts the spot data of the Luojia 16H well of Kai County of Chongqing Province to analysis of the well and computes the safe distance of the Luojia 16H well.
