In recent years,China's shipping industry has developed at a high speed,port cargo throughput has hit record highs,and the increase in inbound ships has made ports increasingly busy.This has increased the demand for anchorages to some extent,and some coastal ports have re-planned for anchorages.The problem has also become increasingly prominent.In the anchorage planning problem,the determination of the safety distance between the anchorage and the nearby constructions and dangerous areas is a factor that cannot be ignored in the construction and planning of the anchorage.In relevant domestic and foreign norms,the regulations on the safety distance between anchorages and nearby constructions and dangerous areas are generally macroscopic guidance,and there are few clear regulations,which have a great impact on the location of anchorages.On the other hand,for the construction of hydraulic structures near the anchorage,there is no detailed regulation in the existing specifications to avoid the value of the anchorage distance.This has caused some confusion for the relevant departments to make rational use of the offshore resources around the anchorage.Therefore,the research on the safety distance between the anchorage and the nearby constructions and dangerous areas is extremely urgent and has very important practical significance.The key to studying the safety distance between anchorages and constructions and dangerous areas is to determine the drift of anchoring vessels.In view of this,this paper has done the following work.Firstly,the movement characteristics of the single-anchor ship in the anchorage are analyzed.The three-stage movement characteristics of the single-anchor ship from the yaw motion to the stable drift movement of the anchor dragging are analyzed.Then based on the force analysis theory of the anchor dragging ship,the drift model of the anchor dragging ship is established.The drift distance and direction of the anchor dragging ship are combined with the wind rose diagram of the anchorage water,and the drift range of the anchor dragging ship is delineated.Secondly,the appropriate ship type and test conditions were selected.The large-scale ship maneuvering simulation device NT-PRO 5000 simulator was used to carry out the drift simulation test of the anchor dragging ship,and the drift distance of the anchor dragging ship under various working conditions was obtained.Finally,the simulator test results are compared with the results calculated by the mathematical model,and the reasonable drift distance of the anchor dragging ship under various working conditions is comprehensively determined,so that the safety distance values of different anchorages and nearby constructions and dangerous areas are given.It provides reference for the selection of temporary anchorage points for ships at sea,and also provides a reference for the anchorages site selection,overall layout of the port and construction department offshore anchorages,and rational and full use of the water resources near the anchorage.
