Based On Pmac's Two-component Glue Machine Of Numerical Control System Research And Development

Two-component sealing robot is a critical equipment in production line of insulated glass. This research aims to realize numerical control, automation of the two-component sealing robot, so as to replace manual operation, increase productivity, and improve the quality of insulated glass.According to the characteristic of sealing process, this paper selects a double CPU open NC system which uses PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller) as CNC block, uses IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) as support unit of the system, and uses Windows2000 as software platform. In hardware, this paper introduces the control principle and external interfaces of PMAC, and expounds the select of control scheme and the holistic conformation of hardware system; In software design ,uses the method of OOP, compiles the management , dispatchment and man-machine interface by VB, and implements the exact and reliable function of this NC system. At last, this paper discusses anti-interference measures of the NC system, and expatiates the debugging course of the NC system.The automatic numerical controlled sealing robot which is researched and developed in this paper has two characteristics: firstly, this equipment can seal around various insulated glass automatically which has different length and width, having no use for any manual operation; secondly, this equipment can adapt itself to the variety of glass depth, and alter the glue's discharge accordingly, so it not only can seal around the insulated glass which has various thickness, but also make up the aslant fixed disfigurements of aluminum bar in insulated glass in certain range.This research will improve the international competitive position of sealing robot made in our country.
