In the oil and gas production, the disposal of oily sewage is always a big and difficult problem. The Gudong Oilfield produces a large amount of oily sewage that is in a complex composition and contains a lot of different kinds of contaminations. Therefore, efficient oily sewage disposal technology is in great importance.Aiming at the characteristics of the output sewage from the joint station in Gudong Oilfield that has a high content of oil, suspended impurities and bacterium, and a high COD, corresponding research work has been made on corrosion controlled bactericide, filth retardant, high efficient flocculant and enhanced chemical treatment technology. These technologies have been tried in the joint station in GuDong Oilfield through field experiments, and was proved to be efficacious and gained good experimental result. By the analysis of property on Dongyilian sewage.we chose and deveoped kinds of bactericidal corrssion inhibitor and filth retardant, chose and developed high performance flocculant and compounded system which was made from polymeric aluminum and cationic polymer D, then put in inorganic high order hydronium ,thus gained the DXP system dealing with Guyilian sewage .The application of this system to dispose of the sewage of Guyilian reveals that the content of oil and impurity in the disposed water has reached the rejection standard. On the basis of the previous depiction,we took mearure to improve the synthesis of high performance flocculant, researched on chemical-enhanced treatment and made catalytic and oxidative treatment to decrease COD.At last,we gained the optimum measure to deal with the oily sewage of Gudong oil field.
