Enterprise Security Management Studies

Along with the enterprise changing from traditional to modern, the Security Management(SM) which is the important composition of modern enterprise management holds more and more important station. It becomes a critical issue of how to build a set of SM system and use a series SM methods to assure high efficient and economic operation of enterprise. This paper takes the SM in general enterprises as researching object and analyses its status quo and the existing problems. Then basing on the advanced SM experience of overseas firms, the thesis applys theories such as system engineering, management, economics and HRM etc. to analysis on the practising measures and applying of SM to an enterprise. There are seven components in this paper.-The first part is the introduction of SM. Mainly about concept, content and sifnificance of SM.The second is the analysis of SM' s status quo and problems now existed in the enterprises of our country.The third is about how to build the system of modern SM.The fourth is to research why human misunderstood SM, then put forward the content and mesure of updating idea of SM.The fifth is to build mechanism of SM.The sixth is base on the development of SM, and put forward modern methods -Object Management, Total SM and systemic SM- to manage security in production.The seventh is focused on the macro and micro measures of how to implementing SM.
