Jiangsu Province, The Transport Sector Security Management Mechanism Study

The basic police of production in our country is safety first , prevent first and comprehensive treatment. The whole production in our country takes on a new look in recent years . But there are still more traffic accidents in the whole . It is of far reaching importance for transport department administering the roadway or waterway transportation to better the traffic safety through carrying out the relative supervision duty and doing the actual work well.Bound with the traffic safety system of Jiangsu province , the clew ,target and task of strengthening the traffic management for directing the traffic management of Jiangsu province by analyzing the current situation of traffic management can be put forward .And then the indicator system and evaluation method of traffic safety are established for directing traffic safety management of the all traffic branches in Jiangsu . The details on the research contents and conclusions are as follows:1) based on the situation of the traffic safety of roadway and waterway in Jiangsu province ,the paper analyzes the existing problems in traffic safety of Jiangsu province and makes it clear what situations that the traffic safety of Jiangsu will be faced in 5 years ;2) on the light of the traffic safety situation with developmental conditions and new difficult problems in the next 5 years , the targets and tasks of traffic safety management are put forward complied with the managerial system and principles of traffic safety;3) the intension , levels and characteristics of traffic safety management planning is illuminated and the corresponding methods of appraisal traffic safety are summarized ;4) in the end , the strategies and measures of strengthening the traffic safety management in Jiangsu's communication industry are put forward to guide the supervisory work of traffic safety in it.
