DaQing oilfield has been consistently producing for 25 years. The formation is flooded seriously flooded by water. The water cut of the production well is over 80%, which makes great difficulty for maintaining stable production of the oilfield. In order to improve the exploitation efficiency, in order to improve the exploitation efficiency, it's essential to determine the potential recoverable reverse and its distribution in space for a reservoir.In this paper, on the base of summarizing and analyzing the geologic characteristics of the reservoir and by using reservoir engineering and fuzzy evaluation method, the development potential is 49.3% and residual potential recovery' is 9% or the residual potential recoverable reverse is 308 tricots in thrice infill drilling test area. Combining the cored well information and the dynamic data of production well and applying the statistical method, the distribution law of residual potential recoverable reverse in space is:(1).The residual producible oil is mainly dispersed over in some thin and poor formations. In vertical direction, the oil formations can be divided into three kinds, which are called the major part formation of thickness being 0.5m over, the non- major part formation of thickness being 0.5m less and non-counted thin and poor formation of thickness being 0.5m less. Although the major part formation reservoirs of high recovery degree and water flooding degree, it contains the main recoverable residual oil. The recoverable residual oil in the three kinds formations is 77.1%, 9.57% respectively.(2).The residual recoverable oil is dispersed over the poor physical property part of the formation, the second production well position, the middle position of the wide well spacing, the lithology lensing region and the non-controlled small sand in horizontal direction.
