A New Type Of Ultrasonic Power Of The Study Design

Atomizing and drying are the key steps for the producing of Chinese traditional medicine. They are also important techniques for the quality of Chinese traditional medicine. In this paper, an ultrasonic atomization system is discussed, which composed of the ultrasonic power supply and the transducer. The ultrasonicpower supply provides appropriate electric for the transducer, and the transducertransforms the electric energy into the ultrasonic kinetic energy to make the Chinese traditional medicine liquor atomize. It is focus on the detail research and circuit design of the power supply in the paper.On the base of the analysis for the ultrasonic power supply, three schemes was adopted for the ultrasonic power supply. After comparing the strongpoints and shortcomings of these schemes, the program of the ultrasonic power supply is provided.Aiming at the request of ultrasonic atomization, the main circuit thesis analysis and converter circuit has been designed. According to the system guideline and the idiographic need, the circuit such as the rectifier, the filter, the inverter, the control and the frequency tracing circuit are all discussed. Methods of confirming part parameters in the main circuit are introduced, most parts of 2-phase rectifier, filter and converter are analyzed.Lastly, based on the theoretical design, the circuits of the ultrasonic power are practically manufactured. After the ultrasonic power and transducer work in coordination, the model machine is produced. And the experimental results are discussed.
