Electricity trade is very important in national economy and people's daily life, and also it is a very dangerous field. Electricty power gride is often destroyed by bad quality of design, production, dispatchion, operation and natural disasters and bad management which led to accidents to opeople, equipment, gride, with electricity growing up, the influence of the electrical accident brings people much damage and losses. So assuring safety of electricity. production is well worthy of doing. Power enterprise is a very important part of power industry. Because Electrical power is used widely and power route is long, the work's environment always changed, and the kinds of varietied factors make the process of production and the safety of the management sophisticated and tough. Power enterprise is a huge power industry. It has a strong representation. The article collectes and sorts all information of the accidents of X power enterprise from the year 11/1994 to 11/2004, using statistical way for statistic data, combining with the investigation for the situation of actual safe production at X power enterprise, to find out the regularity of the accident and the questions existing in safe production, and then put out the suggestion and antidote. At the same time, it combines with the group of safe management as a system, through technology of system project's structured mode to analyze all factors which influence safety management through that we could establish a structured mode for X power enterprise to use on safe management, and introduce the way of uses. The thesis consists of four chapters. Chapter 1.An Introduction. It briefly describes the purpose and significance of the accident analysis and statistic for power enterprise. It summarizes the way, significance, throughway of research and the structure of this thesis. Chapter 2.Theory of Accident and Specialty of power accident. It sums up the theory for guidancing the work's safe in three aspects. (1) As to the content of accidental theory, introducing the reason and development of the accident. (2)As to the formation and prevention of accident, the basic principle of prevention of accident is that may prevent or not, the reason of formation is sophisticated: the prevention must govern allround, for example: people, things, management, envi- ronment. (3)The specialty of power accident. It has widran- ging, continuity, diversify, destroy, extrovert. Chapter 3. Statistic and Analysis of power accident. It Collects and sorts information of power enterprise and combines actual survey ,to find out the exist questions, put out suggestion and antidote.(1)Analyzing accidental and accidental time, reason, contrast, finding out egularity. (2)X power enterprise's existent questions and antidotes on safe management, combining with X power enterprise's actual survey, and putting out the regularity and specialty of X power enterprise's safe accident. Chapter 4.Innovation of safe management of X power enterprise, As to assure safe production, we must make people put emphasis, use the technology, and combine the information of survey, finding a structured mode for X power enterprise and putting out a complete and clear system for X power enterprise. (1)Introducing the technology of structured mode. (2)Finding structured mode of X power enterprise. (3)Through using technology, combine the actual things, and go to interpretation. The innovation of this thesis lies in: By analytic way, We find out the exist questions on safe management, and put out suggestion and antidote, It is worth working onsafe management of X power enterprise for finding out a structured mode of X power enterprise go to make innovation for X power enterprise's safe management.
