Study On Main Problems And Countermeasures Of Standardization Construction And Operation Of Safety Production In An Enterprise

This paper is mainly based on the status quo of standardized management of safety production in enterprises.Through field investigation of a resource recovery and Utilization Group Company and its subsidiaries,the implementation status of standardized management of safety is studied.In theory,this paper expounds and explains the current standardized management system of production safety,makes a theoretical analysis of the main problems in the process of standardized management of enterprise production safety,and puts forward measures and suggestions for implementation and improvement of existing problems.In practice,it provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to build standardized management system of production safety,formulates corresponding management measures for enterprises in accordance with their own industry characteristics,helps enterprises to understand the loopholes in enterprise safety management and how to implement standardized management,provides specific steps and methods for enterprises to implement standardized management of production safety,and provides reference for similar enterprises.Taking the construction and operation stages of safety production standardization of target enterprises as the research object,this paper studies the actual effect of the improvement measures proposed in accordance with safety standardization management system on safety production management of enterprises through three stages of pre-investigation,mid-term intervention and post-evaluation.The conclusions drawn in this paper include: improving the power level of safety managers,optimizing the transmission of safety information,and strengthening the participation of general staff in safety work can improve the quality and efficiency of the work of safety management organizations.Defining the real needs of enterprises' safety production input,formulating and implementing the target plan of safety production input,establishing special financial accounts for safety production input,incorporating safety production input into audit projects,ensuring the necessity,authenticity and effectiveness of safety production input,and adopting appropriate government incentive mechanism have obvious positive effects on improving the level of enterprises' safety production work security.? To meet the quantity and quality needs of safety management personnel,to maintain the regular updating of relevant skills and management capabilities,and to enhance the stability of the main management positions,can significantly improve the overall level of safety management team.To clarify the concept of enterprise safety culture,to establish a correct concept of construction,to determine the implementation steps,and to correctly grasp several types of relationships in the construction of enterprise safety culture,we can establish the initial form of enterprise safety culture in a short period of time.
