Research On The Projects Of Safety Accident Management Optimization In Industrial Enterprises

In recent years,although the total number of work safety accidents in the country has generally declined and the work safety situation has further improved,serious work safety accidents still occur from time to time,which has an adverse impact on society and the lives of the people.Under this situation,as industrial enterprises that contribute 60% of the national economy,most of them have set up special safety management departments,and through the implementation of projects to formulate scientific and effective safety accident management models.Thereby strengthening the safety accidents of the enterprise management level and improve management efficiency,and then control the occurrence of enterprise safety accidents.However,the reality is that many safety accident management projects in industrial enterprise have disadvantages such as unreasonable design,backward management concepts,single management methods,and poor implementation,which have caused many safety accident management projects to flow into the situation,and safety accidents are not under control.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize the safety accident management projects of industrial enterprises and form an efficient safety accident management model.This paper takes the industrial enterprise safety accident management optimization project as the research object.It combines safety production standardization theory,complex system theory and physical mechanics theory,etc.,using case analysis,literature research,survey documents,field interviews,comparative analysis and other methods to implement the project of how to optimize related research in the management model of scope,schedule and quality in the process.First,on the basis of introducing the general situation of the safety accident management project of industrial enterprises,combing the characteristics of the project,combing the main points of its management.Secondly,it explores the dynamic factors and relationships that affect the safety accident management model of industrial enterprises.Through questionnaires and interviews,it analyzes in detail the urgent needs of establishing safety accident management model optimization projects from the two levels of government and enterprises.The management model was compared and analyzed,and the hint point of the integration advantages of the industrial enterprise safety accident management model optimization project was obtained.Then,according to the analysis framework of "motivation inquiry-demand analysis-model comparison",The PSS(Problem Solving Structure)model with "leadership responsibility","containment of accidents","total safety management" and "continuous improvement" as the core points was constructed with the safety accident management project optimization model.On this basis,the optimization model for the vertical application of a single organization and the horizontal application of multiple organizations are taken as examples to verify the effectiveness of the project optimization model.The 2020 amendments to the Law of the PRC on work safety verify the applicability of the optimization model.Finally,from the perspective of the emergency safety management department,relevant strategies and suggestions are given in order to provide a reference for industrial enterprises to build a scientific and efficient safety accident management model and improve the effectiveness and practicality of safety accident management.
