With the continued rapid development of China's national economy, increasing consumption of coal resources, which to coal mines the direct effects of deep mining will become the future trend of underground mining. Compared with the traditional shallow mining, deep mining method of mining is not just changed, but also facing a major change in support patterns. Soft rock of high Geo-stress appears more and more in deep mines, and how to supporting is a solved immediately problem.This research is backed by the project of"Research on Surrounding Rock Support of the Complicated Soft Rock Roadway"in Yue Liang-tian coal mine of Co., Ltd.of Panjiang in Guizhou Province. Through theoretical analysis, experimental study, circle measurement, numerical simulation and analysis of engineering example, systematic studied of control theory and technology of soft rock roadway of high Geo-stress. The results as follows:Summarized the deformation laws of soft rock roadway of high Geo-stress, and analyzied the deformation mechanism. On this basis, theoretical analyzied the prestressed anchor role on the solid rock, and analyzied the floor heave mechanism under the abutment pressure, obtained of the mathematical expression of roadway floor.Through laboratory rock mechanics experiment, successfully obtained the important parameters of rock mechanics of 181# coal seam's roof and floor in Yue Lian-tian coal Mine South-3rd track down. Meanwhile, the comparison test in the rocks of different compressive strength of confining pressure changes are analyzed in low stress and high stress changes in rocks of different forms. The results reflect the low confining pressure, rock properties reflect the hard rock; in under high confining pressure, the rock began to reflect the properties of soft rock, typical of high stress. Doing circle measurement in South-3rd track dip in Yue Liang-tian coal mine.Compared with surrounding rock breakage conditions in the no grouting roadway and grouting roadway. And observing the breakage conditions of district middle station, which in the stress concentration area. Comparative analysis of test results obtained: In no grouting section of roadway, the integrity of surrounding rock is poor, the 2m range of rock seriously damaged. In grouting section of roadway, the integrity of surrounding rock is good (2m range), but it is poor beyond the 2m range. Roadway at the intersection of the central depot at the stress concentration area, and the role of roadway was affected by dynamic pressure, broken rock deformation is relatively larger than the past two regions, the range had a larger increase in loose circle.Applying FLAC2D numerical analysis software, simulated the effect of prestress and grouting to the stability of soft rock roadway of high Geo-stress. Discussing the positive role of floor grouting in controling soft rock roadway of high Geo-stress.Proposed the "prestressed bolt, shallow and deep grouting, floor grouting combined" bolt grouting support manner. Dissertation is successfully applied to South-3rd track dip in Yue Liang-tian coal mine.
