Our country is looking the environmental problem as a serious one. Some solid wastes are difficult to handle, such as casting sand powder, P-slag, etc. The wall materials are reforming. Using casting powder or P-slag, at the standpoint of green and environmental materials and composites of cement matrix, this thesis has researched the subject of "non-autoclave and compound-foamed cement wall-block with light weight".The materials or products of this experiment have some characters:(1) Solid wastes have been used with large quantity. The ratio of casting sand powder reached 48% of the gross materials, P-slag 56%.(2) Lighting weight. With the ending product of the experiment, the density of non-autoclave and compound-foamed cement wall-block with light weight produced with casting sand powder has reached 839.4 kg/m~3, and produced with P-slag has reached 800.9 kg/m~3.(3) The materials or products can keep temperature , prevent heat and noise.(4) Non-autoclave and non-burning. In the process, there is no high pressure steamer and burning hearth.The cost will be decreased greatly.(5) The process is very simple.(6) The powder ash from stove can choose to use according to the actual circumstance.The original experimental match ratio adopted the theory match ratio. Every material and processing factor to the quality of the products have been decided.Then the match was regulated and the process improved. The better match ratio was obtained through the rhombic experiment.Through the analysis and contrast of the experimental product with referring objects, at the standpoint of macroscopic function and miacroscopic construction, some problems have been found. Some opinions have been givern according to the problems.(1) The original materials should be grinded. Then the sharp angle of grain surface will be diminished and the concentrating stress will be lowered.(2) The method of producing bubble should be modified. Then the fined and uniform bubbles can be obtained. The hole in the product will be improved and the density be decreased.(3) Strong and close roller should be adopted with the mixture of materials to reduce the phenomenon of agmination.Finally, this thesis has a summary with the experiment and hope this subject will go on to be studied.
