China is a country that is relatively short of water sources and at the same time has the serious problem of water pollution. The reuse of polluted water in our country has great potential. So sewage treatment is very significant. Improving the reuse factor can moderate the lack of water greatly in many cities. 80 percent of the clear Water in cities was transformed into sewage water. When the sewage water was colleted, 70 percent can be reused. This means under the constant circumstance in current amount of water supply can make the town increase 50% in amount of water through the reuse of sewage water. So,realize the resources of water can keep on the exploitation, with limited and opposite and tight water shortage resources, guarantees with support the city can keep on the development, is rigorous lesson that we face. This article based on practice and we designed the monitor and control system of sewage treatment in Lin Qing.The sewage treatment factory in Lin Qing, introducing BLOAK sewage treatment from Germen, can dispose 30,000-ton sewage every day. We use S7-300 of SIEMENS as the data collection and control unit with kinds of monitor and control equipment collecting data such as water level, flux, the thickness of some gas and so on. At the same time, they control the equipment such as pumps, fans, mud pumps and so on. According to technics flow and control requirement we designed four PLC control station. Every station is connected with senior PC through PROFIBUS protocol. Senior PC exchangs datas with each station through WINCC hardware of SIEMENS, thus we realize the centralized-control. Video stakeout system that is composed of six vidicons and a hard disk VCR can watch important produce location.This article introduces the process flow; there is a clue to tells the design of PLC station, monitor and measure the important parameter, communication net and video stakeout through the whole article.The sewage treadment factory in LinQing includes twe systems which is sewage treadment and mud treadment. The sewage treadment include sewage well, wide space grid, pond for sink the sand, pump, thin space grid, fans and so on;The mud treadment system Include pumps for mud, pond for mud compress, spin-drier and so on.In the control pattern, because DO is the important parameter for sewage quality. But the components of sewage changes very bag, It is dificulty to control. Using the general classic control method can hardly attain the satisfied result.I study the control method and adopt fuzzy control arithmetic to stabilie the DO in sewage through controlling the amount of fans. This article analyse the problem in the project and give the solve scheme. At the same time, make the analysis to the interference problems that appear in the engineering. Make use of every kind of anti- interference measure to definitely make the understanding to the problems that appear.When this system are runing in the sewage treatment factory in Lin Qing, it has reached the expect control aim and had good effect. This have great economical and social signification.
