The water is a kind of resource in foundation and strategic economy.However,with the fast course of urbanization and sustainable development of economy,the increasing heavy pollution in environment are being the obstruction to this trend.The reuse of sewage in city not merely a way to relief the shortage of water resource,but a most efficient methods to promote the synthetical availability.However,as the industry of sewage-treatment goes on gradually,the moment of safe operation and efficient supervision with the operation management is hitting the hotline.The trades of sewage-treatment have putted forward a higher requirement to supervision due to massive and widely distributed sub-enterprises itself.On running,the requirement to management-level and safe,reliable,accurate control for field electromechanical equipment is continuously upgrading.To establish an intelligent platform with network unified and data informationalized for sewage-treatment has been the necessary tide in the future.This paper,directed to the two questions on safe operation and efficient supervision,raises an advanced system of control with PLC under the integration of Profibus&Profinet-I/O characterized by visualization in information,interconnection in transmission and the control in production refined.In addition,adding to a remote controlling and management platform in upper computer based on operating system,with TIA and RTIP,plus the model for interactive access in software based on structure of C/S and B/S,criterion of OPC and technique of API,it can realize the unified network from field to management and execution,achieving the integrative controlling and managing in platform with intelligent production.Visualized Information and objectified configuration will make electromechanical system in a more safe,efficient and real-time coordination controlling and management,promoting the availability for sewage,meeting modernized management in traditional craftwork and giving a reliable technical guarantee to the plan for sustainable protection to water resource.
