Biological aerated filter(BAF)is an important way for sewage treatment,and the concentration of dissolved oxygen is an important factor to control water quality.Therefore,it is very important to control the concentration of dissolved oxygen,so it is very important to design an aeration tank dissolved oxygen optimization controller.Firstly,the paper makes a research on the present situation of the dissolved oxygen controller,and puts forward the design requirements of the control instrument according to the actual situation in our country.According to the design requirements,the corresponding software and hardware design scheme is developed.The whole control system is divided into two parts:Build hardware platform and authoring software control system.Hardware platform is mainly divided into;information acquisition/conversion,inverter control,switching value,display,PC communication.The main part of the software is:System configuration module,Subsystem driver module,Algorithm implementation module,dissolved oxygen concentration control module.At last,the algorithm of the controller is studied and the simulation is carried out,which plays an important role in the realization of the control algorithm.The innovation of the design of dissolved oxygen optimization controller in aeration tank.First,highly integrated,centralized control of decentralized control module of each aeration tank.Second is energy conservation,By introducing the inverter control,the energy consumption of the blower is reduced to a minimum.The third is the introduction of the fuzzy PID control algorithm and expert control experience,the dissolved oxygen concentration in a more accurate range,improve the quality of sewage treatment.The control algorithm proposed in the paper is simulated,and the results are verified in the laboratory.The dissolved oxygen concentration is accurately controlled,the control precision is high,the ability of resisting external disturbance is strong,and the operation is stable.
