In the aspect of choosing the type of precalciner , according to the features of the middle-small size rotary kiln , the paper thinks it is necessary to choose a vertical -tube preheater.Thinking of improvement the heat usage of preheater at most extent , decreasing the gas temperature at preheater exit, improving the effects of preheater , according to the principle of exchanging heat in the pipeline is the major , in preheater system of cyclones , the paper also put forward it should be install the IV-class cyclone out of the preheater frame . In this way exchange heat between materials and thermal gas will more effect, but the resistance will improve .On the basis of the above , the paper also take detail calculate and illustrate , drawing related blueprint ,giving a lot of parameters , creating the condition for modification of preheater.
