| Using the circle volt-ampere (cv) and impedance technology , this thesis studies the electrochemical behavior of the Bovine Serum Albumen (BSA) on the Hg—film electrode . In viewing of the ever more important of data disposal , this thesis also analyses the system s impedance data to achieve the further electrochemical information . In the process of data disposal , the theories of biochemistry and natural science are applied . The main work and fundamental conclusions are outlined as follows :(1), The analysis and assessment of corresponding references are carried out, then the main idea and process are ascertained . the main conclusion of the references are the follows :1, Regarding the references of this subject, the main works focus on the polarography research . By far, using the impedance technology for study the behavior of BSA on electrode has not been traced in the references .2, From the point of disposable of information , how to achieve the processing information and get the inner rules are the main subject of all research reigns , which is also one of the important work of this thesis . (2), The cv behavior of the BSA1, Both in the amortize and in the BSA solution there are H2 generated on the electrode . The difference is : in the BSA solution , the potential is more positive and the reaction rate is faster , which result in the bigger wave on the cv graph. These phenomena indicate that the BSA can accelerate the rate of reaction and also can reduce the potential.2, There is a sharp increase on the cv graph . The reason is usually considered to bethe adsorption of BSA , which is also been proved by the analysis of the electrochemical impedance spectroscope (EIS ). (3), The impedance studies of BSAIn order to choose a suitable equivalent circuit, the EIS data are disposed , the following conclusion can be gotten :1, When add the BSA into this system , the physical model of the equivalent circuit can be described as (Cd[Rt(CaRa)]) . BSA can not only tremendously change the react potential but can also improve the rate of reaction , which is identical with the conclusion of cv study .
