The paper studied the Moina micrura and the Bellamya limnophila in effectively reducing the chemistry remark (TN, TP, NO2 N NO3- N CODmn ) and the algers in open eutrophic water. Then we research the mechanism. The research about the mechanism include that the Moina micrura preying on the Scemedesmus obliquus, the Microcystis aeruginosa and the Chlorella vulgaris; the diversity of effection in reducing water's chemistry remark (TN TP NO2- N, NO3- N, CODMn) by herding different consistency Moina micrura in aquarium; the regulation of nitrogen-15's transference, rate of transformation and the accumulation in the Bellamya limnophila when the Bellamya limnophila preying on different alga..The results demonstrated that ,we can reduce the nitrogen and phosphor of water by the foodweb "nitrogen and phosphor in water-alger-Moina micrura or the Bellamya limnophila". With the alger's consistency increasing ,the velocity of Moina micrura preying on alger can expedite by and by, but if the consistency is out of the limit, the velocity of Moina micrura can reduce slowly. The nitrogen-15 in the Bellamya limnophila increasing curviliearly to the Scemedesmus obliquus ,Chlorovoccum and the Chlorella vulgaris with the time,in addition, the Bellamya limnophila has a limition in the Microcystis aeruginosa, it can prey on and assimilate the Microcystis aeruginosa in short of food, but it can choose the food in the condition of the Microcystis aeruginosa and the Chlorella vulgaris. The water in plankton of herded the Moina micrura and the Bellamya limnophila is better than the comparison in changing the alger's predominance community and reducing the chemistry index.
