We measured the SOD,MDA,P450enzymes of Bellamys sp. from submerged plant area, emergent aquatic plant area and no-plant area of Lake Taihu and analysed the correlate between these biochemistry characters and the content of Ammonia-N during the green algae outbreak period and non-green algae outbreak period. Results show that during the green algae outbreak period, the survival of Bellamya sp. in three habitats is0%,55.20%and89.30%,SOD decreased firstly then increased,MDA is opposite of SOD,P450enzymes are continuously falling.During the non-green algae outbreak period the survival of Bellamya sp. in three habitats is90.60%、98.80%and99.50%,SOD increased firstly then decreased,MDA is still opposite of SOD,P450enzymes changed without any principles.SOD in the pleopod muscles of Bellamya sp. is negative correlated with the content of Ammonia-N during both two periods.MDA is positive correlated with the content of Ammonia-N of the lake water during the non-green algae outbreak period. There is no correlativity between P450enzymes and content of Ammonia-N in both periods. Through Lab Method, we investigated the effects of simulated sewage on Bellamya sp. under different wetland vegetation models and measured survival rate and SOD、MDA in pleopod foot muscle of Bellamya sp. Results show that SOD activity rise firstly, which is followed by a drop in all wetland vegetation models, while MDA have a irregular variation in different vegetation models:Wolffia Arrhiza group、Saposhnikovit A. Skv group and rise firstly and then fall, finally to the same level; Ceratophyllum demersum group and Alternanthera philoxeroides group have no notable variation; Oenanthe group changes complexly. The survival rate of Bellamya sp. of Alternanthera philoxeroides group is the highest, while Wolffia Arrhiza group is the lowest. What can be concluded from this experiment is that during these five vegetation models, Alternanthera philoxeroides is beneficial to Bellamya sp. In eutrophic water, while Wolffia Arrhiza has an opposing effects.
