In this dissertation, the organic molecular self-assembly and the photoinduced reaction was studied by scanning tunnel microscopy (STM). And the effect of H-bonding to self-assembly films was also studied.1. Compound 6 with azodi group and alkyl chains was synthesized, which has liquid-crystal character. The ordered self-assembly of compound 6 on HOPG was observed by STM. With the solution of n-octylbenzene we obtained the images of pre-photo reaction and photo reaction, and found the domains have changed after the photo reaction.2. Compound BPDP12 was synthesized and by STM we obtained the ordered self-assembly films of BPDP12. What's more, we also found the self-assembly films of photo reaction.Due to the special structure character, the paper maybe helpful to the construction of molecular nanostructure and molecule devices. The result provides the important data for biology and material science.3. Due to the different carboxyl locations of H-bonding, the films display the different forms. By STM we obstained the ordered self-assembly films of 12PY and DNBA on HOPG The result shows: the molecular structure characters must be taken more attention when we do the research work about nanostructures and molecular devises.
