In this dissertation,for the tea pot products in the intelligent manufacturing line of the personalized flexible robot,a method of tea pot contour detection based on machine vision is proposed,and an online detection system of tea pot contour is designed to meet the needs of online detection of tea pot contour in multiple varieties and small batch customization.The main research contents and innovations of this dissertation are as follows:First of all,the research status of machine vision detection technology at home and abroad is described.According to the demand of online detection of customized tea pot outline,the research content and dissertation framework are proposed.Then,the overall scheme of the on-line detection of the external contour of the customized tea pot is designed,including the analysis of the characteristic parameters to be detected,the hardware selection of the visual detection system and the platform construction of the visual detection system.The B-spline curve is used to analyze the data of the customized tea pot,and the theoretical contour of the tea pot is generated.The actual contour obtained by visual inspection is compared with the theoretical contour,and the detection results of the tea pot contour are obtained,so as to realize the purpose of online detection of the customized tea pot contour.Next,this dissertation studies and compares a variety of image preprocessing algorithms,and determines to use median filter and Canny edge detection to preprocess the image,so as to facilitate the subsequent contour extraction.Then,it studies the measurement and evaluation methods of the line profile and roundness.Based on the shortcomings of the traditional line profile measurement methods,it puts forward the measurement method of the tea pot external profile,aiming at the correlation The application test of the algorithm provides a theoretical basis for the design of the subsequent detection system.Then,the software system of visual inspection for the external contour of personalized tea pot is developed.The software development environment and development tools are introduced.The main functions of each functional module of the software are described in detail.The online inspection for the external contour of personalized tea pot and the upload of inspection data are realized.Finally,the online detection system of the customized tea pot's outer contour is studied,and the online visual detection is carried out for the customized tea pot.Through matching with the theoretical contour curve generated by B-spline,the feasibility and stability of the developed visual detection system are verified,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.
