The Dewaxing vehicle , which is composed of water entrance device, heating device and generator, is a vehicle-mounted system for generating steam with adjustable temperature and mainly used for washing oil well in oilfield including the inside and outside the oil pipe, removing the wax from the ground pipeline, in addition it' s being of other boiling wash function. At present, the automation level of the vehicle made in china is lower than other western countries and most of all are manual controlled types or it' s controlled function is not perfect.The dewaxing system is a complicated one for its characteristics such as non-linear, skewing and coupling. The mechanism of controlled object is intricate, making it very difficult to set up the accurate mathematic model. Via analyzing and studying the fuzzy control theory is considered and can be adopted in the system for effectively control result. So in this article a independent design for a unique dewaxing vehicle control system with fuzzy and PID controller is expressed. The . system is composed of Computer and PLC. On one hand the computer can process on-the-spot data in time with high speed, on the other hand the PLC is able to effectively restrain the locale interference. Through the test in oilfield, the range of scream temperature is 100-280°C,and the control precision is ±l°C,so the control result is excel to the other same product.
