As an important part of emergency "six systems", metal and nonmetal mine water rescue system can reach the goal of emergency rescue by providing adequate drinking water for the the trapped miners at the time of mine disaster rescue. At present, water rescue system of mine has been basically completed the construction, and how to ensure the optimum operation of the system is still a topic to be studied. However, the condition in the pit is perplexing, and it has much fuzzy uncertainty. How to accurately calculate the main parameters of water demand each time and future years and water supply pressure of mine water rescue system, and realize the automatic control of water rescue system to deal with the disaster, is the key to ensure the effective operation of this system. In recent years, fuzzy theory has been widely applied in the field of city water supply, but it has less application in the optimal operation of mine water supply system, and it lessly combined with application of Simulink simulation technology. In the view of the above problems, this paper introduces the theory and application of water rescue system in metal and nonmetal mines construction in Tongkeng Mine and fuzzy theory and Simulink simulation technology. On the basis of existing fuzzy theory optimization of city water distribution, the simulation model of each link of water rescue system are established through the Simulink simulation toolbox of MATLAB software, and the simulation model is tested by the actual data in Tongkeng Mine, while the results accord with the reality of the mine.Firstly, the short-term water prediction simulation model by Simulink of water rescue system is established based on the theory of fuzzy clustering and time series. The long-term prediction simulation model by Simulink of water rescue system is established based on the theory of fuzzy polynomial and neural network. And those models are simulated predictive analysied combining with the hourly and annual water data in the hit of Tongkeng Mine, while the prediction results are satisfactory precision. It is found that water prediction of water rescue system by fuzzy clustering theory and fuzzy polynomial theory is more tallied with the actual situation of the mine.Secondly, the pipeline working condition Simulink model of water rescue system based on fuzzy T-S model is established. And a database formed with monitoring pressure of the water supply pipe network relevant monitoring points by downhole monitoring system to simulate the next time outlet pressure of each middle water tank, while it obtained a good simulation result. Finally, Simulink simulation model of water rescue automatic control system is built based on fuzzy PID control, in order to realize the water rescue system’s automatic control to deal with emergency. The research and application show that, Simulink simulation technology based on fuzzy theory for water rescue system in metal and nonmetal mine is feasible, and it accords with the reality of the mine, which can provide a better protection for mine safety production.
