The projects of gas pipeline have characteristics of high tech, large investments and high risk, so it's very important to make decision scientifically for the schemes.Since 90's of last century, some new methods of the gas pipeline's engineering schemes' multi-valuation have been created by introducing into the Fuzzy Set theory, the grey theory and the element analysis. But all these studies just focused on searching for new methods and the study of the complete optimum system for the gas pipeline's engineering schemes' multi-valuation is almost vacant. Referenced to the decision-making theory of the economy management, based on the study of the principles and methods of Multi-valuation and combined with the optimum design theory of the gas pipeline, this article made primary study of the optimum system for the gas pipeline's engineering schemes' multi-valuation.In this article, a complete optimum system for the gas pipeline's engineering schemes' multi-valuation is made up and the system is mainly consisted of the following part: confirming the index system of the gas pipeline, calculating the weight of the index, evaluating with many methods, comparing the effects of all these methods and get a result which is all-inclusive of all methods' good qualities.In the process of building up the system, all the following works are done: confirming the index system of the gas pipeline by the maximum quadratic mean deviation analysis, caculating the index weight by the means of AHP, bringing forward three easy and useful methods (TOPSIS, the effect function and the integration index) of the gas pipeline's engineering schemes' multi-valuation and at last the mathematical models of the maximum compatibility degree is introduced to integrate all the results of all methods above.The writer tries hard to consummate the process of the gas pipeline's engineering schemes' multi-valuation in this article and hope to get the best schemes of the gas pipeline project that is accord with the facts of pipeline projects.And validating the results of this article by programming with Visual Basic 6.0. It is proved that the system have good effects to the gas pipeline's engineering schemes' multi-valuation.
