Hunan Province, Jianhua Machinery Factory With An Annual Output Of 1000 Tons Of Ultrafine Tungsten Powder And Tungsten Carbide Powder, A Feasibility Study

P.R.China is a great country with abundant tungsten mineral resource and the reserve of tungsten is over 50 percent of all tungsten reserves in the world. At the same time, P.R.China is also a great country who consumed tungsten mineral resource and provided the tungsten to other countries. However, 70 percent of the provided tungsten are semi-finished products with very low technical level and degree. In order to change this status, our country has been encouraging the academic research units to accelerate the research and development of the high -new technology for tungsten products. The advanced preparation technology of the W and the WC super-fine powder have been developed by our university. But in order to obtain greater economical effects,it is necessary for this technology to be transformed into real production. Therefore, to study the feasibility, the way and the route of this transformation is of great importance. The investigation results as following,1. Based on the analysis on the market requirement, the selling price, the WC and W super-fine powder are determined as the aimed products of the project.2. The construction schema for the planning project has been designed, which includes the products structure,the construction model,the factory address ,the production technology, the mechanical and electric power facilities,the feeding and drain water ect.3. Based on the consideration on the production safety, the harmful factors and the harmful degree, the systems for the safety and the fire protection are established,the and production personnel,the safe and environmental facilities4. The frame for the running organization has been given. The personnel composition such as the managers, the production workershas been determined. And the training plans of the employee are made.5. The progress schedule of the project has been made,which includes the starting period,the construction period the try-production period and normal production period.6. The project investments have been particularly evaluated.7. Based on the analysis on the financing route, the financing way has been optimized. The plan for the origin capital money and borrowing money was made.8. Based on the analysis on the finance, the sell income, the cost, the profit and the ability for paying for debt has been evaluated.9. The un-certain factors such as the sensitivity, the win, the deficit and the risk for the project have been analyzed.The result shows that the project will has a stronger ability against risk.10. Based on the investigation for the project feasibility and the relative evaluation results, It is necessary and feasible to construct a 1000t/a W and WC fine powder production line in Hunan Jianhua machine factory.
