That's why we decide to develop the pueraria flavone ophthalmic film.The preparation procedure of the pueraria flavone ophthalmic film was established. The suitable membranous materials and excipients in the prescription were selected by taking the pueraria content and apparent character and the in vitro release of the film as the index. Consequently we established the molding technology and quality standard, laying a foundation for further development.
