Then we have manufactured three semi-works productions according to the definitive technology route. The following experiments' data show that the preparation technology is reasonable and practical. A quality standard is established and the preliminary stability is investigated. As a result,we know the quality is controllable and the quality of the finished product is stable.In the study of the preparation process, the best technology extracted by water for five traditional Chinese drug s and the best technology extracted by alcohol for two traditional Chinese drugs are screened, traditional Chinese drugs by orthogonal experiments.The technology of producing tablets is studied.We have established the thin layer chromatography identifiction of Herba Epimedil, Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Astragali and Pollen Typhae in the quality standard.Each inspection item meets the standard of the pharmacopeia. The content of Icarrin in the Herba Epimedil and the content of rioxymethylanthraquinone in the Radix et Rhizoma Rhei are measured by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The studies show that these methods were sufficiently simple, sensitive and reproducible.The stability studies of three semi-works productions demonstrate the every inspection item meets the standard of the pharmacopeia, and the quality of finished product is stable.
