Non-point Pollution has the characters of process mechanism illegibility, strongrandom city, various influencing causation, large distribution extention, long delitescence,hard harm and so on. And nowadays becomes an important pollution source to influencewater quality, and a threat to lead to deteriorate waterquality.This paper chooses Baisha drainage area as an object, studies the actuality of non-pointpollution in this area, evaluates the water quality of Baisha river by introducinggrayclustering technique, and draws a conclusion that non-point pollution is an importantpollution source to influence the water quality of Baisha river. Baisha Nonpoint Source Pollution model is built up with the tools of VB and GIS. Itconsists two parts: the first is surface runoff model with the core of SCS equation andTopmodel logic method has widely been used for analyses of watersheds. The second is isnutrient transport model.This paper introduce non-point pollution model: AGNPS to simulate theload ofnitrogen, phosphorus etc in 2003. Moreover, the total load and space distribution ofnitrogen, phosphorus of Baisha river in 2003 have been obtained.
