With the related knowledge such as organic composition and organic chemistry, under indoor conditions, nitrogen extracted smoking sulphuric acid and got SO3 gas as sulphonation dose, reduce pressure distillation oil of second line was selected from two oils and it matched with weight hydrogen ground benzene by 6: 4. And on this foundation, looked on neutralization value, active thing content, un-sulphonation thing content and inorganic salt part as appraisement index, reaction influences for the sulphonation such as sulphonation temperature, sulphonation time, SO3 gas average concentration and gas flow were optimized. Draw a conclusion: reaction temperature 50-55 ℃, reaction time 5h and SO3 gas average concentration 4.5g/L, diluted mix gas current 140L/h. After neutralization with alkali, the petroleum sulphonate surface activator was obtained with steady performance.By method and the relevant principle of colloid chemical and interface chemistry, the combined surface activator (DG-T64) was carried out performance appraisement. 1) DG-T64 had a good surface activity, and the surface tension performance of it was the equal of abroad industrial petroleum sulphonate (ORS-41); 2) The CMC value of this petroleum sulphonate is approximately 0.01g/dL; 3) The HLB value of this petroleum sulphonate is 13.7, thus wetability was good; 4) In porous medium condition, if poured into the layer by suitable concentration, it would come out the emulsification layer with crude oil. And when emulsion liquid was picked out, because of the change of temperature and pressure, the mixture could voluntarily break emulsion. The interface tension of 0.3% petroleum sulphonte could get 4.4×10-2 mN/m with crude oil of Da Gang's Yang San Mu oilfields, and resisting Ca2+/Mg2+ ability could reach 400 mg/1.The research of corresponding ASP containing alkali/surfactant/polymer system of Da Gang (ADG)shows: through simulated the water quality condition of Da Gang's Yang San Mu oilfields. Under the condition of DG-T64 surface activator concentration 100-1000 mg/L, HP AM concentration 500-2000 mg/L, 3# alkali concentration8000-10000 mg/L, its compound system of ADG was stabilized for a long period such as one month. Polymer and sacrifice dose can reduce alkali efficiently to consume. DG-T64 petroleum sulphonte/ alkali/polymer/sacrifice dose system continuously maintained muddy state, and had no sediment to separate out. Adding sacrifice dose could play the role of inhibiting scale, so that the system had better compatibility to layer.Plain plate clip sand model was applied to study the microscopic Flooding oil mechanism of the surfactant / hydrophobia associating polymer binary complex. According to experiment results, the conclusions below could be drawn: Increased water phase viscosity; rose washing oil efficiency; Emulsification start and transport to move.Imitate experiment of one filling sand pipe and double filling sand pipe showed: by optimizing the formula, the segment and the way of injection, the laboratory flooding experiment could enhance 20% more original oil in place (OOIP) than water flooding. The project also provided a series of laboratory prototypes which could meet the oil and water requirement of different zones. If sacrifice dose was squeezed into the layer as first section, .displacement oil efficiency of ASP compound systemraised at least 1.9%.Each ton of DG-Tw petroleum sulphonte was less 2000-6000 Yuan than import petroleum sulphonte, so it had notable economic benefits.
