Main purpose of this article is through for petroleum sulfonate and its ternary system ofoil displacement efficiency research, the technology of weak base asp flooding in tertiary oilrecovery has practical significance and broad prospects for development. Firstly for petroleumsulfonate surfactant performance experiments, including component separationexperiment,components impact on the interfacial tension experiment,compatibilityexperiment,oil and water distribution ratio in the experiment; Secondly for petroleumsulfonate of weak base asp system evaluation experiment, including the interfacialactivity,interfacial tension stability,viscosity stability,viscosity optimizationexperiment,emulsion performance tests and adsorption experiment; The final schemeoptimization research, improve the recovery factor experiment, make the research morepractical significance.Through the the performance of petroleum sulfonate surfactants research shows that, thevolatile matter in petroleum sulfonate surfactant, inorganic salt, sulfonated oil content are allhigh, the content of active matter is only35.56%; Petroleum sulfonate of inorganic salt impacton the interfacial tension slightly, other components of little influence on the interfacialtension; Remove groups can achieve low interface tension; Petroleum sulfonate and NorthEast oil-water adaptability good; The surfactant in oil and water distribution ratio is related tosystem,salinity increased, Oil soluble enhancement.The ternary system performance evaluation results show that: petroleum sulfonatesurfactant, three kinds of polymer weak base asp system ultra-low interfacial activity scope iswide. The surface active agent in0.05-0.3%, Alkali in0.61.2%can reach ultra-low interfacialtension, interfacial tension and viscosity stability better; Three kinds of polymer weak baseasp system strong relationship between the experiment, optimization of the viscosity of40mpa.s, middle, high, ultra high polymer concentration; Emulsion separation experimentresults show that, Petroleum sulfonate surfactant emulsion performance was poor, ultra highpoints of the worst; The adsorption experimental results show that: petroleum sulfonatesurfactant adsorption rate is80%,nine times after adsorption can still achieve ultra-lowinterfacial tension.Physical simulation experiment to optimize the weak base ternary slug for: Three mainslug+0.3PV+follow-up polymer flooding,0.2PV+subsequent water flooding, the systemviscosity of40mpa.s,surface active agent concentration0.3%, alkali concentration is1.2%. Improve the oil recovery by more than25%.
