Underground environment is an important composition . in underground engineering. With the increasing exploitation and utilization of underground space and resource, along with the gradual improving of human living quality, the comfortness of underground environment will be emphasized more and the desire of underground environment quality will be in a higher stage under the precondition of safety assurance, all of these demand an all-right assessing mothod for underground environment quality. At the same time, underground living, work, communication and other such underground activities need a safe and very efficient environment, especially those highly dangerous industry such as underground mining have higher request for safety, and safety problems always being put in primacy, therefore, underground environment must has a consummated safety prevention system.This paper aimed at actuality of underground environment integrated assessing method's scarcity, based on underground atmosphere quality, underground climate environment, underground noise, underground radioactivity and existing assessing method of individual factor, using Fuzzy math and Grey Theory to establish for underground environment an integrated assessing model which can weight underground environment quality.With the steps of fault forecast, fault analysis and fault succor, this paper took into account in general the safety countermeasure in underground environment. First, the fault casualty number and the year which comes with fault casualty catastrophe of a mine were forecasted by using Grey Theory GM (1,1) model. Next, fault tree analysis about accident of blasting fume poisoning was carried throught with the method of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), thereby, various factors according to which can constitute countermeasures for this kind of fault causing this accident were shown thereafter. Finally, using shortest-path arithmetic of GraphTheory to calculate the best rescuing route, then a best rescuing system for underground mining segment of a mine has been established so that the succor team can reach the accident spot to perform succor in the shortest time to reduce the losing conduced by succor delay.
