The fundamental principles and methods about integration of heat transfer process and water usage process were applied to analyst the status of energy and water usage of the Electro-Chemical Factory in the paper. Pinch technology was used to optimize the process locally and some advices were given to save water, and the amount 82ton/h of water could be saved. Furthermore, the heat transfer process was optimized and about 1028 (X103kcal/h) energy could be saved. A lot of money could be saved if the technology were applied. |
