OBJECTIVE: This thesis is through investigated from epidemiology,human physiology,immunology index test,the monitor of the density of indoor harmful substance , determines the formaldehyde and content of volatility of organic compound and formaldehyde influence to human body's immune function , and studies the pollution and impact on health and danger of the indoor air of harmful substance in the ornament materials , and puts forward the settlement way and method with feasible science.METHOD: In the investment of formaldehyde and content of volatility of organic compound, choose the guest rooms fitted up with different time and not fitted up as the research objects , determine the content of formaldehyde and benzene in the air. In the investment of impaction on health and danger of the indoor air of harmful substance in the ornament materials, choose the fitted up , fitted up half a year and not fitted up room (hotel's room or similar to condition ) as the research object , investigate the subjective symptom and body of exposes crowd and determine the exposes crowd's immunology index namely content of hitting IgG,IgM,IgA.RESULT: In the investment of formaldehyde and content of volatility of organic compound, the result shows the room fitted up newly compares with density of formaldehyde and benzene in the room air not fitted up, there is a significance difference ; The result of study indicates it has close relations with interior decoration that density of formaldehyde and benzene series increases in the door . In the investment of impaction on health and danger of the indoor air of harmful substance in the ornament materials, results show that nearly fitted up place expose crowd serum hit IgG,IgM,IgA , subjective feeling , respiratory system physical examination symptom finding rate compare with personnel of ordinary place newly , the difference is extremely remarkable .CONCLUSION: To improve indoor air quality , reduce formaldehyde and benzene department thing , etc volatility organic compound degree influence to the human function , the main measure is to installation essential air interchange , strengthen ventilation, delay the resident time after fitted up properly.
