Eor Petroleum Sulfonate Surfactants Developed

This thesis summaries the synthesize and the applied present condition of the mahogany petroleum sulfonate of the anion surface to tertiary process. We used the sulphuric acid to synthesize the mahogany petroleum sulfonate and studied the method and the mechanism in detail. We quest influential factors which include the conditions of the temperature, material proportion ,time of the reaction, separation of the acid sludge, neutralization of the extraction and purification. Optimize the reaction conditions and the technological process. Mahogany petroleum sulfonate that we composed with the sulphuric acid of percent of 0.98, its interface tension attains 10^-1 quantity classes, its productivity can attain 0.42, but it can reach the ultra-low interfacial tension of 10^-2 quantity classes when it is added into sodium carbonate. Using sulphuric acid of percent of 1.05 to compose the mahogany petroleum sulfonate, the illegitimate profit interface tension attains 10^-2 quantity classes, its productivity can attain percent of fifty and raise to accept percent of eleven recovery ratio.
