The first to use the method of solvent extraction of the Daqing second-tier dewaxed oil cut into polar structure of the same kinds of raw materials oil, chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonating agent, according to the four factors and three levels orthogonal experimental design, the eight kinds of raw oil sulfonated synthesized a series of petroleum sulfonate. Yield of indicators, visits at all levels of the feedstock synthesis conditions, the reaction product yield, screened a series petroleum sulfonate as the research object, are named A, B, C, and so on. Examine the content of each component in the petroleum sulfonate; FT-IR were used to characterize the active substance in the petroleum sulfonate; emulsifying properties of the system, interface activity and its stability, study each component petroleum sulfonate and crude oil compatibility.Experimental results show that:the optimum synthesis conditions for each are not the same for the type of raw material oil is not the same, the influence of various factors on the reaction. Active matter content there is a difference of each component in the petroleum sulfonate. The use of FT-IR Characterization of the structure of each component of petroleum sulfonate, found at1060cm-1,1200cm-1near the characteristic absorption peak, indicating the presence of a sulfonic acid group. Examine each component of petroleum sulfonate and Daqing Oil Production Plant of crude oil compatibility. Petroleum sulfonates single agent system under the conditions of the alkali-free, polymer, emulsion stability is poor, and the higher rate of water evolution. When the the fixed HPAM1000mg/L, control the the petroleum sulfonate concentration range of0.05wt%-0.30wt%, the activity of each system interface there is a great difference, wherein A, B, C, D, petroleum sulfonates binary system interface weak activity, in the the ScS concentration range within the best case only the interfacial tension is maintained at10-1mN/m. E, F, G, H petroleum sulfonate interface is preferably active in a wide concentration range, allows the interfacial tension is maintained on10-2mN/m, wherein F, G, H petroleum sulfonate in a specific concentration allows the interfacial tension to10-3mN/m. The components of petroleum sulfonate, and Na2CO3complex,to control alkali concentration range of0.6wt%to1.2wt%. Each system interfacial tension significantly reduced. But, petroleum sulfonates weak base B Complex Systems surfactants is still weak, the interfacial tension is still maintained in the wide range of the alkali concentration in the10-1mN/m; C, D petroleum sulfonate in a wide base concentration range of the interfacial tension can be maintained at10-2mN/m;, E, F, G, H petroleum sulfonate in a wide range of the alkali concentration interfacial tension can be maintained at10-3mN/m; wherein when G oil sulfonate as0.05wt%concentration as1.2wt%Na2CO3concentration, interfacial tension reaches9.8×10-4mN/m; H petroleum sulfonate concentration as0.20wt%Na2CO3concentration of0.8wt%, the interfacial tension to8.7×10-4mN/m. Petroleum sulfonate weak base complex system has good stability, and90d can be maintained at a fixed magnitude of the interfacial tension, where in F, G, H petroleum sulfonates90d can still be maintained at10-3mN/m, the above can be determined the above-mentioned three kinds of petroleum sulfonate and Daqing Plant crude better compatibility.
