The mechanics performance non-uniformity of the steel wire in the cold finishing is the universal existence question, it is also the important side for steel wire quality disparity between China and overseas. The influence of steel wire mechanics performance nonuniformity mainly has three factors: Wire rod quality uniformity, wire drawing technology and dies, heat treatment processing. All wire drawing technology conditions, like the reduction ratio, the nib work awl angle, the cooling lubrication, drawing speed, the lubricant and so on after the cold-drawing, to the effect of the steel wire mechanics performance, all may be included into "the quantity of heat" to the steel wire the influence. The steel wire in the drawing process , as a result of receives the distortion heat and the friction heat function but is heated up, when specially continuously drawing, by the while going along quantity of heat unceasing accumulation, may cause the steel wire to heat up to the quite high temperature, thus has the effectiveness for a period of time, remarkably affects the steel wiremechanics performance.This article mainly aims at the wire drawing technology and the dies carries on the discussion to the steel wire mechanics performance influence. In the key research, the high-carbon steel silk chooses the different mold parameter, the compression ratio, the cooling condition in drawing but creates the steel wire to give off heat, the mold and the reel radiation, the steel wire enters the mold and time the mold temperature change differently to its mechanics performance influence.
