Main technical parameters and performance indicators of LZ8-600:minimum wire diameter:?1.8 mm; Drawing speed:500 m/min. parking time:no more than 90 s; Noise level:no more than 80 decibels. The improvement of the LZ8-600:added the adjustable damper including friction, strength and adjust spring. At work, the size of the resistance can be adjusted, and the stability of the rotation of the raw material coil is increased; 2. added the pre-tightening force control device to increase the stability of drawing speed; 3. adding the tension control device consisted of the godet roller to control the take-up tension; 4.Added components such as PLC and angle sensors, using for automatic take-up tension control, improving the stability and degree of automation equipment; And in the design of the part of drawing machine-drum, choose the ZG45 # of wear resistant steel materials, and make the corresponding heat treatment and plating, strengthened the surface abrasion resistance. Design a cooling water cavity between inner ring of the drum, and spiral V groove in the inner surface, thus can increase the cooling area, prolong service life, and reduce the cost. The design of the 1.3° inclination in the roll surface is beneficial to transmission direction, and do not produce accumulation. The product line of LZ8-600 effectively solve the poor product quality problems, such as high temperature, broken wires, poor cylindricity, and inconsistent axis direction.In this paper, according to the actual circumstance of the factory, on the basis of traditional straight-line drawing machine, the design and manufacture of automatic product line of LZ8-600 is improved, the reliability of the straight line wire drawing machine, product efficiency and product quality is improved.
