By rapid development of economy, the traditional methods which are used to treat wastewater, biochemical method and chemical method, can not satisfy requirements of the development. The residual toxic material in the treated water has much effect on the life of people, though the treated water gets to current standard in chroma, COD, BOD, etc. For example, the substances in the print and dyeing water and minimal chloroform in water supply, these are cancerogenic.Recent years, many novel techniques come into being. Among these, many researchers pay attention to photocatalysis water treatment technique of nano-semiconductor, it is promising to turn to industry application, but it still has many faulty aspects. For instance, design of photo-reactor, integration technique of complete sets of equipment and defects of nano-titanium dioxide (TiO2) which is popularly used as photocatalyst.In this paper, study four factors about preparing the titanium dioxide sol pellicle: the proportion of appending titanium dioxide; the irradiation time of ultraviolet light; the thickness of pellicle; the titanium dioxide sol pellicle loaded with different carrier. Find that the proportion of appending titanium dioxide between 0.5% and 40% is good to take the titanium dioxide sol pellicle. The irradiation time of ultraviolet light between 45 minutes and 60 minutes is good to take the titanium dioxide sol pellicle. To control the thickness of pellicle between 0.05 millimeter and 0.15 millimeter is good to take the titanium dioxide sol pellicle. The experiment of loading the titanium dioxide sol pellicle loaded with different carrier obtains good result too.With the integrated advisement about design element of photo-reactor we decide to adoption orbicular fixed pellicle photo-reactor. And design and establish independently orbicular fixed pellicle photo-reactor.This paper discusses the disposal of Dian-Chi water with the designed independently orbicular fixed pellicle photo-reactor. And discuss the influence about removed rate of CODCr and chroma with the change of reaction time and light radiant intensity. And use the photo-reactor to dispose retting-flax wastewater, and discuss the influence about removed rate...
