The author discusses the refining principle in this article on the base of a great deal of practical production.The screw rotor is the heart part of the twin-screw kneader, in practical production, the rotor tooth has ever cracked and broken and the spline shaft is broken, the author calculates the degree of strength of the rotor tooth and spline shaft in the article and provides reference for the optimize designing of new screw rotor, this is the first calculating about the degree of strength in the field.The using life of the rotor and the pulp quality is the key factors that decides the performance of the equipment.
