The bauxite are most diaspore in china.it's difficult to deal with and needs higher metallurgy technic. so, most factory use sintering process to produce alumina, with higher energy consumption, and have more production cost compare with overseas alumina plant. Desiliconize process is one of the main high energy cost processes. At present, the plant use rolling filter to separate silicate slime. But it has lower capability and baddish abstersion efficiency. Making alumina circulation in the process with noneffective, adding the energy consumption.Stationary chamber belt vacuum filter have successful application in the chemical plant abroad. It has higher filtration efficiency, better abstersion effect, filter cloth can use repeatly easily. So using stationary chamber belt vacuum filter at sintering desiliconize process can reduce the alumina quantity of the fliter cake effective, and so debase the energy consumption of the process.It have follow research content in this paper:(1) After investigated sintering desiliconize process and analyzed how the silicate slime producing, confirmed the better process that is the same with the new potent filter. Then we designed the best technics process for the silicate slime separation in the sintering process.(2) After investigated sintering desiliconize process and percolation principle of the filter equipments,designed the filter that was suitable to silicate slime separation in the sintering process. Then confirmed the equipment scheme.(3) After Analyzed characteristics of the filter cloth and did some experimentation, then confirmed the most suitable cloth for the stationary chamber belt vacuum filter that used at sintering desiliconize process.(4) Studied the equipment factor that affect making use of the filter cloth, alterated the discharging mud system of the stationary chamber belt vacuum filter, the...
