Application And Study Of New Filter For Producing Zeolite 4A

Zeolite 4A are our company main product, the company used to perform the task of filtering and washing with frame air pressed filters in the production of Zeolite 4A, which can not work continuously and automatically, thus needs more equipment and labor forces, and limit the development of Zeolite production line. The company is going to construct a new Zeolite production line with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons, and must choose automatic filtering equipment with high capacity. We tested a belt filter and Automatic vertical filter in our old Zeolite production line with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons,successfully, and will be applied in the new line.This study introduces the actuality and development of vacuum belt filter and Automatic vertical filter first, then analyzes researches the data and factors of the study in our old Zeolite production line, draws a conclusion that:Vacuum belt filter and Automatic vertical filter have advantages of high capacity, clear filtrate and working automatically, is suitable for the filtering of Zeolite 4A. The study solved the problems of breakage of filtering cloth, leaning movement of cloth, hard to unload cake, the influence of solid content, etc, enable the two new filters apply to the production successfully.The study provides foundation for the construction of Zeolite 4A new line. The new line has reached it capacity and put out qualified products, the two new type filters work very well. This study enables the application of vacuum belt filters Automatic vertical filters, and prompts the improvement of equipment in aluminum industry.
