The paper analyzed the research situation of fiber reinforced structure/antiballistic composite material home and abroad and compared the difference indesign and application. The feasible way to get the light-weight for ordnanceequipment is to use the fiber reinforced structure/antiballistic compositematerials.The paper studied the materials on the properties of high structure strength,excellent antiballistic and good flame-retardancy, also including theelectro-magnetic compatible and anti-corrosion. So, we integrated the propertiesof the fiber reinforced structure/ antiballistic composite material on light-weight,thermal-insulation, lowering-noise, anti-corrosion, structure, antiballistic,low-cost.We met the requirements of integral rigidity and local strength by the systematicstudy and provided the basis of design for antiballistic composite material parts.We optimized the process for vacuum-aided RTM molding technology byprocess study and optimized the parameters for process by the simulation ofcomputer and experimental validation.We characterized the material properties of mechanics, antiballistic,electro-magnetic compatibility, flame-retardancy and got plenty of data for .future study.Through the property characterization and application technology, we concludedthat the properties of our designed fiber reinforced structure/ antiballisticcomposite material satisfied the need of usage and attained the advanced levelabroad. The application of this kind of material would contribute to the lightnessof ordnance equipments of our country.
