With the entry to WTO, management systems of medicine of our country are more and more near to the international. The medicine industry unlocked to nation and world. On the one hand, Chinese companies which produce antibiotics exist many problems such as high quantity, little scale, low output and short ability of R&D, etc. Because of the reduction of price and profit, many companies are confronted with reduction of output, stopping production or bankruptcy. On the other hand, the quantity of production and sell of Cefathiamidina (cephathianidinum pro injectione) which produced by Guangzhou baiyunshan medicine co, ltd. increased gradually in these years. The questions this paper will answer are as follows: why could Cefathiamidina make good winning? what are the successful experience of Guangzhou baiyunshan medicine co, ltd? what factors should be improved to marketing's strategy of Cefathiamidina on the new position?Based on both other people's harvest and a lot of theories of marketing, economics and business administrative classics, this thesis draws conclusions as follows: Cefathiamidina's successful experience consists its superiority, the succeed of Guangzhou baiyunshan medicine co, ltd relys on exact orientation and marketing's strategy which called 2P+4P, marketing's strategy of Cefathiamidina needs improvement on the new position, the measure include making new orientation, improving strategy marketing and sustaining.
