The author developed a welding parameter acquisition hardware including LEM sensor and data sample. Designed a real time inspecting and quality analysising software system based on LabVIEW. This system consists of five models: oscillograph simulating, file saving and querying, signal analysising, database connecting and network transmission. The system can acquire multi-way signals of welding circuit and arc voltage data at the same time. On the statistic point of view, the system distills many statistic parameters, which present the result in both ways of line energy, statistics histogram and U-I phasic graph, pulse analysising. The system realized the function of network transmissionThe experiment of data acquisition and net transmission on Twin-arc welding and MAG welding show that: this software system is stable, correct and reliable.
