Including extracting ,purifying and preparation craft.To optimize the extraction process of medicine, the optimimum extraction condition were investigated by the orthogonal design experiment. Considering infect actor such as thickness of ethanol, time for extraction, amount of ethanol, degrees for extraction. In the yields of extracts, ephedrine chloride and amygdalin were determined as the content index. Meanwhile compare with the result of extraction by water. As a result ,using the ethanol can extract more effective component ,so the optimum extraction condition was obtained:decoctiong the drug 3 times,adding 6 folds of 65% alcohol extracting for 1.5h . The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.On the refinement process of the extracting liquid , using chitosan clarifier to the flocculation procedure of alcohol decoction; selecting the optimum content of chitosan and the density of decoction according to the content of ephedrine chloride and amygdalin.
