It is the adoption of large-scale maintaining road machinery to protect and maintain railroad that generate the profound influence to our country rail communication development. However, it confines the exertion of large-scale maintaining road machinery in our country because usage cost of import large-scale maintaining road machinery and its fittings is too high. So, it is very important to carry on the research of large-scale maintaining road machinery and its fittings in our county.The griddle is a very important accessory in ballast cleaner of large-scale maintaining road machinery. It is wearable and easy wasting parts. The usage cost is too high if it depends on mass import. Although the researches of homemade griddle has already obtained the certain fruit, it still has certain difference from import griddle on the cost of produce and using capability, especially on wearable capability and using longevity. On the process of wearable griddle's homemade, the basketry equipment of griddle—intertexture machine is very important to difficulty or not of griddle's basketry and the quality of griddle finished product.The main task of the paper is to design and manufacture the appropriative intertexture machine. On the process, many new mechanism design methods have been used, for example, the optimal design method and the sensitivity analysis of Pro/MECHANICA Structure module and FEM numerical value analysis, at the same time, conventional machinery design method has been applied to it. In this paper, the author has carried through the sensitivity analysis of comb's design parameters with Pro/MECHANICA Structure module, and elicited the optimization design result of comb with computer process language VC++, carried through the stress and strain analysis of comb with the finite element method software like ANSYS. At last, the appropriative intertexfure machine was developed successfully and unprecedentedly. From this paper, we can obviously conclude as follows:First, make sure the most important design parameters to mechanics capability of comb—different type hole's round arc radius R, triangle's angle α, rectangle's widthBn rectangle's height H% comb bar's width b^ comb bar's thickness h;Second, the optimized weight of top griddle comb is 21.7% less than former weight, after modifying the design parameter h, the modifying weight is 15.3% less than former weight;the optimized weight of middle-level griddle comb is 26.6% less than former weight, after modifying the design parameter h, the modifying weight is 13.0% less than former weight;the optimized weight of bottom griddle comb is 17.9% less than former weight;Third, the optimized stress on the round arc surface of top griddle comb is as much as former stress, and both are secure;the optimized stress on the round arc surface of middle-level griddle comb is 16.4% less than former stress, 45.0MPa;the optimized stress on the round arc surface of bottom griddle comb is 7.7 MPa more than former stress;Finally, after finite element method analysis of three series representational combs, we can conclude that the stress and strain are out of harm's way, the analysis results are consistent with trial results.From above conclusion we can conclude the technic used in this paper is advanced, the research purpose is correct. The paper has high applied value. Trial testified that the intertexture machine can be applied and with it we can get high quality finished product griddle.
