1. Preparation of zinc gluconate nanostructures with different shapes by a lamellar liquid crystal templateThe small X-ray diffraction measurement indicates that the thickness of the solvent layer in the lamellar liquid crystal formed by TritonX-100/n-C10H21OH/H2O system is less than 3 nm. Based on the penetration of solvent into the amphiphile bilayer of lamellar liquid crystal and the limitation of the thickness of the solvent layer in the lamellar liquid crystal, the zinc gluconate nanoparticles were synthesized by a direct template route in a lamellar liquid crystal. The results show that monodisperse zinc gluconate particles can be produced by the lamellar liquid crystal template, and the shapes and sizes are almost independent on the composition of lamellar liquid crystal. However, the particle shape evolves from spherical to nanowires as the zinc gluconate concentration increases, and from spherical to nanorods as the holding temperature increases.2. Preparation of organic nanoparticles in the lamellar liquid crystal and application lubricationBased on the penetration of water in the solvent layer into the amphiphile bilayer of lamellar liquid crystal and the limitation of the thickness of the solvent layer in the lamellar liquid crystal, a series of organic nanoparticles were prepared using lamellar liquid crystal as templates. The particle size is about 4 nm with relatively narrow distribution. The lamellar liquid crystal can be used as lubes for its laminated structure. The wear scar width of alloy of LLC increases with the solvent content in the lamellar liquid crystal and decreases with the content of Triton X-100 in the lamellar liquid crystal. Compared with the wear scar width of block lubricated by lamellar liquid...
