| With the development of cutting technology, It's hard to meet all the demand of process by the conventional CAD/CAM system. And the CAD/CAM technology is very important to realize automatic process, enhance the competition of manufacture, upgrade the level of cutting industry. Now Stone-Shadow Carving is very popular. But it still done by hand rather than by machine, so check the development of the Stone-Shadow Carving industry. To solve these problem, this thesis study the theory of CAD/CAM in cutting and the manufacturing process technology of Stone-Shadow Carving. And design some arithmetic to meet the specifically demand.At first, this thesis research how to form the feature modeling by OOD for the system. The system Include application layer, function layer and data-base layer. Second, this paper research the technology of CAD and dissertate how to realize the CAD system. Specially, this thesis introduce the process to get the outline profile of the True Type font and to make the outline of image in contour. Third, this paper research the technology of CAM. In the paper we design some arithmetic for cutting, such as the graphic primitive order arithmetic that base on the index table, the track orientation arithmetic of closed contour , the islands and islets or nest relation of closed contour's arithmetic that base on the extremum rectangle judgement and the radial's judgement. In order to compatibility with other CAD/CAM system, We also research the theory of system interface and realize it by DXF file.This paper also research the process of Stone-Shadow Carving and it's characteristic. Then put forward a new way, which integrate laser techniques, numerical control and image processing, to make it.Base on the researches and algorithms what have been discussed, the CAD/CAM integration system of Cutting and Stone-Shadow Carving is developed by Visual C++ 6.0. And it can meet the special demand of cutting and give a solution to produce the Stone-Shadow Carving by machine. |
