Since 70's in 20 centuries, the thin film technique has got to advance by leaps and bounds of development. The application of thin film materials involves many academics, such as the electronics, camputor, magnetic recording, information, chemical engineering, biology etc. It has become the most active research realm in contemporary vacuum technique and material science now. The Zn2+ in the ZnO matrix partly replaced by the 3d magnetic transition metal or RE metal cation and it could be provided with a new property of diluted magnetic semi-conductor (DMS). The research for diluted magnetic semi-conductor is of important application significance.In the preparation of the ZnO doped Fe2+ thin film material, the zinc acetate, 2-methoxyethanol, monoethanolamine, ice acetic acid, ferrous chloride were used as the raw materials that made into sol, gel, plating film and then annealing to be the thin film at high temperature.It was found that the quality of the ZnO doped Fe2+ thin film prepared by the sol-gel method was related to the type of solvent, solution viscosity, acidity (pH). The sol's viscosity was a special important influence factor.The properties of the thin film material were related to the microstructure of material that was controlled by the praperation technique factors, such as annealing temperature, holding time, sol's viscosity, immersing and pulling times ect.. Therefore the compositions and the microstrures of the film material were controlled using chemical analyse, XRD, SEM and AFM ect.methods. The electric resistance values of Fe-doped nano-ZnO thin film were tested. The relations between the preparation technique factors and the microstructure, the electric property and the conduct electricity principle of the ZnO doped Fe2+ thin film materials have been studied and disscused in the thesis.
